That’s why, as a team, we chose to pause and reflect: Who are we? Where do we want to take MediaComm? And how will we make it happen together?
Even in a strong story, there comes a moment when you sense there’s more to uncover. Not because something is missing, but because you want to move forward with clarity and purpose.
How do we stay relevant? Where do we want to stand in three years? And what choices do we make today to get there?
We tackled these questions together with strategic expert Eliza Badre.. What started as an exercise on paper evolved into an inspiring journey, leading to clear goals and renewed energy within our team. In this blog, we take you through the process: why we did it, how it unfolded, and what it has brought us—both today and for the future.
A process that connects and adds strength
As your in-house graphic design support we bring other people’s stories to life on a daily basis. But for this journey, we consciously chose to turn the lens on ourselves. What makes MediaComm strong today? And how can we make it even stronger?
Our team was already brimming with ideas and ambitions, but we felt it was time to channel them into a clear, shared direction. By intentionally making room for strategic reflection, we gained clarity on where we stand today and where we want to go.
We refined our mission and vision, redefined our positioning, and mapped out strategic priorities to guide us in the years ahead.
Everyone was actively involved. We created space to listen to each other, deepen our understanding of each other’s ideas and insights, and make choices supported by the entire team. This sense of connection resulted in a strategic plan that doesn’t just look good on paper—it lives and breathes within our organization.
And that’s what makes it so powerful: it belongs to all of us, and we’re ready to bring it to life together.
An external perspective that strengthens from within
We met Eliza Badre through her masterclass on strategy. Her clear methodology, critical eye, and human-centered approach immediately gave us confidence that she could guide our team through this process.
